The colors of this Buddhist inspired Golden scene play delightfully with the heavy crystals of blown glass. The artist was inspired by a Buddhist parade in the Far East where villagers and tourists gathered to see a holy relic of The Buddha. The scene is festive and yet calm, portraying motion and stillness. It is a silent blessing for peace.
Created with blown glass, 24 karat gold leaf, iridescent glitters, silver leaf, acrylic, raw pigments, crushed minerals and resin.
