As an Australian abstract artist, I draw inspiration from the world around me, and my latest work is a reflection of my new life in Florida, with its moody blues and splashes of pink.

This set of mini originals is a reflection of the ocean, the beaches, and the sunsets that are such a large part of my new home. With deeper, darker blues and pops of bright pink, I sought to capture the essence of the mysterious, alluring beauty that I see in Florida.

Each painting is like a snapshot of a moment in time, a memory that I can cherish forever. These pieces represent the peacefulness that comes with staring out at the endless expanse of the ocean, and the joy that comes with soaking up the sun on the beach.

But these paintings aren't just about the beauty of the natural world. They also represent the inner peace that comes with embracing change and starting anew. In Florida, I've found a sense of calm and serenity that I haven't experienced before, and these paintings reflect that.

Whether displayed as a set or spread throughout a room, each mini original serves as a reminder of the new chapter in my life that I'm embarking on. They celebrate life, love for my surroundings , and the endless possibilities that come with a fresh start. This to me is calming. I am home.
